Julia Street Project
This project consisted of gutting the interior, spalling repair, removing the slab to run all new underground plumbing, upgrading the electrical service, replacing the roof, installing a new floating stair, adding a laundry room, renovating 1st floor bathroom, renovating kitchen & transforming 2nd floor space into a master suite.
Key Haven Project
This 5,000 sf (including balconies & decks) ground up project consisted of building a new four bedroom, three and a half bath home with infinity pool on the open water.
Key West Mid Town Project
This project consisted of gutting the interiors of this 1950's home and creating a new modern kitchen, two full baths, all new doors and windows, spalling repair, T&G kitchen ceiling, terrazzo restoration & all new smooth stucco exterior finish (photography by Florence Nebbout).
Big Coppitt Key Project
This project consisted of knocking down an existing slab on grade home and building a new ground up three bedroom, three full bath and one powder bath home with pool, office, garage and wine room.
Key West Cooking School
This project encompasses 6,000 SF at the 2nd floor of the historic Building One located at 291 Front Street. A grand reception with a to scale conch house, retail, lounge, bar, main dining room, private dining room, vintage style demonstration kitchen, commercial kitchen, storage, offices & employee restrooms were built with every detail carefully considered.
